Information is used to provide account access, assign and track training, maintain business records, support employees, protect the service, and provide assignment notifications by email or SMS where enabled. Managers and authorized administrators may access information relevant to their responsibilities.

Information may be shared with authorized personnel and service providers that support hosting, security, training, or communications. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to protect rights and security.

Retention and your choices

Records are retained as needed for business operations, training administration, and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Contact your administrator to request corrections to your profile, ask about access to your information, or manage notification preferences. Requests are subject to applicable requirements and business recordkeeping needs.

SMS communications

A cell phone number on your profile may be used for video assignment notifications where SMS is enabled. Message frequency varies with assignments. Message and data rates may apply. See the Terms of Service for additional information.

This policy may be updated as the service changes. The effective date identifies the latest version. For privacy questions, contact your Action Logistics administrator or Human Resources representative.
