Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Action Logistics employee portal and training services. By using the service, you agree to these terms and applicable workplace policies.

Authorized use and accounts

Use the service only for authorized business and training purposes. Keep account credentials confidential, provide accurate information, and notify your administrator of suspected unauthorized access. Do not share accounts, impersonate others, interfere with the service, or access information without authorization.

Training and records

Complete assigned training by the stated due dates and provide accurate information. Training progress and completion may be recorded and reviewed by authorized managers and administrators. Notify your administrator if a technical issue prevents completion.

Email and SMS assignment notifications

When assignment notifications are enabled and you have agreed to receive texts, SMS messages will be sent with video assignments to the cell phone number on your profile. Email notifications may also include a link to your assigned video viewer. Message frequency varies based on assignments and reminders.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for receiving messages or using data to open links and watch videos. Contact your carrier for details. Message delivery depends on carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed.

Contact your Action Logistics administrator to request help or stop SMS notifications. Where reply messaging is supported, you may also reply STOP to opt out. Opting out of SMS does not cancel assigned training or change its due date. Simply viewing these terms does not enroll you in SMS notifications.

Content and acceptable use

Training materials and other content belong to Action Logistics or their respective owners. Do not copy, distribute, or modify content without authorization, except as permitted by law. Do not upload unlawful content or use the service to harm others.

Availability and limitations

The service may be changed, interrupted, or unavailable for maintenance. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy, access, and changes

Information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Access may be restricted or ended when authorization changes or these terms are violated. These terms may be updated; the effective date identifies the latest version.
